At Myindianattire, we continuously strive to deliver excellent customer service with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the order for a full refund of the paid price. Please note that we only accept returns for products directly purchased from the Myindianattire website. Return requests for products bought through our indirect online and offline distributors will not be accepted.

Exchange – Our company does not have an exchange policy.
 
Criteria for a valid return:
  1. 1. All product tags must be intact and remain on the item.
  2. 2. The product should be unused.
  3. 3. Products must be in an unwashed and undamaged condition.
  4. 4. The original packaging should be retained.
 

Important Note:

In case of any claims regarding missing items or incorrect products received, we strongly recommend providing a video evidence of the unboxing process and reporting the issue within 24 working hours from the delivery date. Claims for missing products without video proof may not be entertained.

Upon receiving your shipment at our warehouse and completing our quality check, you will receive a confirmation email.

Returns are free of charge in the following scenarios: receiving wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (different from the one ordered), or damaged products. Once we receive the returned product, a quality check will be conducted. If the product picked up does not pass the quality check, it will be shipped back to you.

Note: If the order has been processed through different warehouses and a return is necessary, it should be initiated for the same package that was originally delivered.

To initiate the return of a product to Myindianattire , please adhere to the following steps:

  1. Create a ‘Return Request’ under the “My Orders” section on the website.
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions that appear after selecting the ‘Return’ button.
  3. Prepare the item for pick-up or ship it to us based on the chosen return mode.
  4. We provide a pick-up facility for the address used during the order placement.
 

To initiate a return request, kindly send us an email at help@myindianattire.com, and we will handle your request. Please include your Order ID, product name, and product SKU in the email to prevent any confusion.

Our courier partner will arrange to pick up the product directly from your doorstep, and you will receive an SMS notification on the scheduled day of the pick-up.

If there is a failure in the product pick-up

 
 
In case the item is not picked up after three attempts, the Pickup request will be considered unsuccessful. For further information, please reach out to our customer care hotline at 9351816088.

NOTE:

  1. We will not be held responsible if the wrong product is handed over by you to the delivery person during the pickup

  2. If the pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, the customer is required to self-ship the goods. We will reimburse the shipping costs, up to a maximum of Rs. 100.
