What is the expected timeframe for receiving my refund?

After initiating a return request with Customer Service, the product is typically picked up from your location within 2 business days. The refund process is then initiated within 1 working day. The actual refund, depending on the chosen payment method, may take 5-7 working days to reflect in the customer’s account.

NOTE: We do not accept orders with torn or damaged packaging.

Is it possible to cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, kindly email us at help@myindianattire.com within 6 hours of placing the order from Monday to Saturday between 10 AM- 6 PM. Please note that some orders are shipped almost immediately, and cancellation may not always be feasible. Any payment made will be refunded through the same payment mode used for the initial transaction.
What is the usual processing time for refunds on debit card and credit card transactions?

The refund processing time for Debit Card and Credit Card transfers is primarily dependent on the respective bank’s policies. Banks typically send SMS notifications for credited amounts exceeding INR 5000. If your refund is below INR 5000, please verify your bank account or credit card statement for confirmation.

It’s important to note that in the case of refunds, only the product price will be refunded, and delivery and handling charges will not be included in the refund amount.
